Is there a way to disable private browsing/incognito browsing? I have a teenager who knows way more than I do about computers. I want to at least be able to track what sites he is viewing on the web.

If they are logging in using a "normal" account, then they will automatically inherit some Admin rights -- and in that case, any limits you set, they can unset. You would have needed to create an account using Parental Controls, which limits the TIMES they can use the PC and WHAT they can do with it. But if you did not do that, you would have to now (1) go into account settings and remove their current account, and (2) use Parental Controls to create a new, limited account.
As to tracking their usage, there is nothing built-in for this. You would have to do an online search for this kind of software, and as far as I know, none of it is FREE.
Good Luck
