HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

I want to create more partitions as the laptop came with default c Drive alone

You can actually do that in Windows in the disk manager of command line via DiskPart command.  Read more here

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/shrink-a-basic-volume

I prefer something like AOMEI Partition Assistant for its graphical interface,

For a free utility, try GPARTED.  More info here...

https://gparted.org/display-doc.php%3Fname%3Dmoving-space-between-partitions

I always partition drives:

c: -> Windows and programs

d: -> Data (I reconfigure default locations for documents, music, video, pictures and downloads)

e: -> shareware utilities (many portable apps)

that way I only backup the d: partition, makes it easier to reinstall Windows when (not IF) you have to reinstall everything 🙂
