Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using hp folio 9470m and its fun stopped working a few days ago. I have tried all the basic troubleshooting like cleaning the cooling fan, hard reset, resetting and updating the bios setup and nothing seems to be working. I have also tried the fan on another laptop same model and its running fine and when I try another fan on my pc is not running but still showing the same error (System fan 90B). I have also tried system diagnostics from bios and changing fan status from power options If you can assist with this issue I would be grateful to know what the issue may be or any solution I have not tried.
