i can not find a driver for pci device nor sm bus controller ive tried the automated system and ive tried searching it myself and have come up with nothing

Hi:
For the SmBus controller, install the W10 AMD chipset driver from the link below.
The first file listed under the W10 option.
AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD
The PCI device probably needs this driver:
Realtek Card Reader Driver
