Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i cannot download any programs without net 3.5 - and it won't even let me download. in addition - i can't update/download any apps from the windows store - or even update my software

You may try to manually download the file and run it on your computer. If this is not working, try the troubleshooting steps listed in the article(s) or try again later.
