Please help My laptop  ports needs *pnp0500 to solve the usb serial driver

You would need to install the driver from the USB serial port hardware manufacturer's website.

 

I would need the full hardware ID for that device in order to see if I can help you because *pnp0500 turns up very little info other than some USB serial port hardware devices.
