Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, i have a problem with FPS drops in games, every 20 seconds game just drop on 10-15 fps for 5secs. i don´t know what to do. Ive got here older omen with gtx 1070, it has a same issue, so i guess its not broken hardware but there is something with software, some updates or something. Can somebody help me ?
