Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello Sir,

    I am unable to connect my samsung phone to  the laptop as the mobile driver is not available.

Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the menu.
Locate your Android device, right click it and choose Update Driver Software.
Click Browse my computer for driver software.

 

I've performed all these steps but when I choose " Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer",  and select 'mobile devices', it shows "UNABLE TO FIND ANY DRIVERS FOR THIS DEVICE".

please help me with this amd guide me what to do next...

Sorry, but HP does not stock or supply drivers for Samsung devices.  For those, you have to go to Samsung.

 

Google for "SAMSUNG USB Driver for Mobile Phones" and it will take you to the Samsung site, where you can download and install the driver you need.
