Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the last 4 months, the processor began to heat up in games to 70-100 degrees, so it became after replacing the thermal paste, at first I used a cheap one, it warmed up to 100, then on mx-5 and the temperature dropped by 16 degrees, and became 84.But it definitely does not suit me, I watched a test of games from other people, they do not heat up above 60 degrees and do not make noise, please help, I will be very grateful

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.

before that, he had never warmed up with me, I smeared thermal paste, and began to warm up to 100, then smeared a better thermal paste, and the temperature became 85, and before that, he warmed up to a maximum of 65

Hi@alinuhov00,

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to check to get to know its hardware is faulty, not a software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
