HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1xxx

Hello everyone,

For some time now I have been experiencing the following problem. I downloaded a pirated file and, fearing that my PC would get infected, I decided to reset the computer to its factory version. Until then, everything was normal, but I realized that in the device administrator section I had a driver called INTEL XTU installed, which, according to me, I had not installed before. The problem is that this driver appears with a yellow sign and when viewing the properties it says: "The driver was not loaded because an older version still exists in memory." I already tried uninstalling it, but it never goes away even after rebooting. I would appreciate any help.
