product key on factory installed office 2019

My Office 2019 was pre-installed when I bought my laptop. I need to reload Office but Microsoft wants a product key.  How can I get a product key??

Basically, if you have replaced the OS, you can't.  

You could have run any number of utilities when using the original OS with the preloaded MS Office product to retrieve the key to use later.

But if you failed to do that and simply replaced the OS, you have removed the key information and can not get it back now.

I did not remove the os so can you name any of the "utilities "  that I can use to find the product key???

Sorry, I misread your post, thinking you had reinstalled the OS, removing Office in the process.
