Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-eb0000 IDS Base Model

At some point the prt sc (print screen) function stopped working.  I suspect  it stopped after a Win 11 update.  I've read all the recommended online solutions and NONE of them work for me.  

 

HP 14 laptop, Windows 11.  To use print screen I used  to press the Fn key along with the Win key and the (right) Shift key.  "prt sc" is in the upper left of that Shift key.  The screen would "blink" and the screenshot image would be saved to the Screenshot folder.  It worked flawlessly.  Not anymore.

Currently, using the same Fn/Win/Shift key, the screen blinks, but NO image is saved.  Help pressure Microsoft to fix this chronic problem.
