Contact the HP World store in Chandigarh where you purchased the laptop. They should be able to assist you with troubleshooting the touch function or replacing the laptop if necessary. If you're unable to reach the HP World store or if they're unable to help you, you can contact HP customer support. They have a team of experts who can help you with hardware issues and provide further assistance. You can reach HP customer support through their website or by calling their toll-free number. Be sure to have your laptop's serial number and other relevant information ready when you contact them. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in resolving your issue!
