Product: HP Pavilion Notebook K7Q65EA#ABU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Trying to scan to or from my KodakESP1.2+4551 Allinone printer to my Notebook results in "Bidirectional support disabled".
On the ports tab for the printer, the "Enable bidirectional support" option is grayed out.
Can someone please explain why it is grayed out and what the remedy is?
I have successfuly scanned from the Notebook using the Kodak AiO Home Centre application in the past, but can't say how long ago that was. (Implying a recent Windows 10 software update maybe the cause??)
I've tried a wireless connection and with a USB cable - same result.
Printing works fine.
Windows 10 is uptodate.
Any help gratefully received!
