Product: HP Laptop Model 15-dy0014ds
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to do an update and run the executable file for the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and I'm getting the following error: "Failed to extract CAB".

I've tried downloading in different browsers and turning off all of the firewall protections, but I'm still getting the same error.

I can't run the diagnostics until I can update this software, help.
