Hello, dear community!
I have an HP Elitebook 865 G10 laptop. When I open Wolf Pro Security, each time on the dashboard I see two messages related to two modules:
1. Malware Prevention. HP Wolf Security is not licensed. Protection has been disabled/
2. Threat Containment. Threat Containment is not running.
I've been facing this problem since the 9th of September 2024.
I bought my Laptop in September 2023. The first turning on and configuring was on the 21st of October 2023. I purchased a Wolf Pro Security Edition laptop (8F840UA#ABA), which means the laptop had preinstalled HP Wolf Pro Security with a 3-year license. Moreover, I registered my Laptop on the Wolf Security Portal, and according to this portal, my Wolf Pro license is still valid.
I thought maybe I did have not the latest software version. I downloaded and ran Installer from Wolf Security Portal, and it showed me that I have the latest version of Wolf Pro Security.
Has anybody faced the same problem recently? I don't know what to do. I restarted my laptop many times and installed all the latest Windows updates, but it didn't help me.
Please tell me how I can fix this Wolf Security license issue.
Thank you in advance!
