While waiting for your response, I invite you to perform a System Extensive Test as follows:
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
- Click Extensive Test, and then click Run once.While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component displays on the screen.
- If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) and then report the test results in your next response. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.

Looking at the Specifications of your notebook, I see that it comes with Windows 8.1 with Bing.
What operating system (e.g. Windows 10) were you trying to install when you received this error message?
