"file system errors" ????

have a new chromebook that when camera is selected just get a message "file system errors"

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

The Chrome OS seems to be corrupted. I suggest you Reset the OS

1. Sign out of your Chromebook.
2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
3. Click Restart.
4. In the box that appears, click Powerwash  Continue.
5. Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account.
   Note: The account you sign in with after you reset your Chromebook will be the Owner Account

If the Powerwash doesn't work, follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084 to download the Chrome OS onto a USB Flash drive and install it on your Chromebook

I had the same issue and did the power wash and nothing worked. I just picked up this new chromebook from the store and when I went to use the camera it said "file system error".

Does your problem was fixed? coz I have mine right now.. it doesn't fixed

The powerwash didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

I did the powerwash and it did not resolve the issue. The camera still shows as "file systems error" 

I also uninstalled and installed the camera app. Does not work still.
