Sorry but that model Bluetooth adapter does not work on the newer builds of W10.
You will have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Another thing you can do if you can find the following model wifi card/part nubmer would be to remove the Ralink card and install this model which works on W10:
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part #724935-001
Here is the only W10 Ralink Bluetooth driver that was released to HP but it will be of no use to you:
MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver
11.0.761.0
