Hi @Anayif,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter was accidentally deleted from your HP laptop, you can reinstall it by following these steps.

Access Device Manager:

  • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager from the menu.

Scan for Hardware Changes:

  • In Device Manager, click on Action in the menu bar, then select Scan for hardware changes. This might detect the wireless adapter and reinstall the driver automatically.

Reinstall the Driver Manually:

  • Right-click on Network adapters and choose Update driver.
  • If you have the driver installation file, you can select Browse my computer for drivers and point to the location where the driver is saved.
  • Alternatively, select Search automatically for drivers to let Windows search online for the latest drivers.

Download the Driver from HP’s Support Website:

  • Visit the HP Support website and navigate to the downloads or drivers section.
  • Enter your HP laptop model number to find available drivers for your device.
  • Download the Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter driver compatible with your operating system and install it.

Restart Your Laptop:

  • After reinstalling the driver, restart your laptop to ensure that changes take effect.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
