buenas noches lo que pasa es que en mi laptop tengo lector de huella digital y funcionaba bien pero después dejo de funcionar entre a ver la configuración y al parecer no esta disponible porque windows hello no encuentra el escaner ya que al parecer no es compatible quisiera saber alguna solución o alguna recomendación ya que apenas llevo con esta laptop 3 meses no se me ha caído, ni golpeado, ni mojado por esa quisiera saber que ocurre mi laptop es una HP Laptop 15-dy1xxxpor su comprension muchas gracias y por favor ayuda
