hello everyone, I'm about to give my old laptop to my nephew but I don't know how to delete or factory reset my laptop. Would anyone be able to help me?

Hi:

 

See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook. 

 

It would be the same as a factory reset.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
