Product: HP Pavilion Notebook 15-bc5xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought this laptop from flipkart and i was told that I will get 12 months  subscription of Mcafee antivirus. But I have not recieved any link or code for activation of this antivirus. Now it is showing that i have only trial pack. How can I get that subscription of 12 months?

Sorry, but we here have  nothing to do with what resellers provide on the PCs they sell.

 

You would have to contact where you bought the PC to get the license information for the AV product that came with it.
