i have purchased spectre 360 on feb 16th it said it will ship by march 17th. there was no progress not even assembly has started. i contacted hp consumer support they said they lost ,my order they cant find i said i want to cancel by order he said i cant its not possible to cancel the order, i dont know how buying laptop in hp works i feel so disappointed??????
