I recently inquired to HP itself for help find a replacement battery for my hp14bs153od laptop and was somehow transferred to a company called :

Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co., Ltd

and they have been very shady in their practices, and on the investigation of the company has been under investigation and listed as blacklisted and scam artists. I am finding it hard to get a refund, and wondered if you can help me dealing with them, and how I was directed to them in the first place.
