Product: HP Officejet Pro 8615 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Officejet Pro  Elitebook and originally had it set up for my business by a 3rd party IT company. Business is now shut down but the laptop is now used for family. Now I want to set up a new login for my daughter but I don't have login details for the LocalAdmin. I tried to reset but it's asking me for a disk to enable this. 

Question:

1) How can I reset the Admin password

2) How can I set up a new login
