You bought a PC that MS has intentionally limited to using ONLY apps downloaded from the MS Store -- that is what S mode does to you. You should have researched this before you bought it.
There are ways to exit S mode -- but they do not always work -- and when they do NOT, there is nothing WE can do about this because this limitation was built into the model you bought.
