How do I take a screenshot of my screen? And where is it saved for my retrieval?

What is your HP Envy x360 anyway. Normally you have to

 

(a) Use Prt scrn (or similar) key to capture screen to clipboard,

(b) Open Paint,

(c) Paste  (Ctrl+V) to paste clipboard to work area,

(d) Now you can save to anywhere you want.
