Help!!!  I was in the process of starting a new laptop we bought in December and got interrupted.  Now the screen shows no way to move forward to complete the setup.  Only the mouse arrow moves.

Hi,

 

Could you try unplugging your computer from the wall and hold down the power button until it powers off. Then turn it back on and see if it works then.
