my screen always show that "HP Jumpstart Launch"

 

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resoure that is unavailable.

 

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "SetupHPJumpStartLaunch.msi" in the box below.

 

WHICH is 

c:\SWSETUP\APP\Applications\HP\HPJumpSta_PPSCB2\1.1.165.0\src\

 

But I can't find this.

 

Could you please help me? Many Thanks in advance.

I understand that you are facing the issue with a jumpstart.

 

Please check if any pending windows update is pending on windows update.

 

Did you install all the latest driver updates for BIOS, Chipset and Graphics card?

  • If not, Click here to find and install the same.

Dear Sir,

 

I’ve tried this as first priority but it doesn’t work as the point that can restore is the point that always show this window.

 

Is there other ways to fix this?
