Hi! My PC is hp intel core i5, 1TB HDD, window 10, 64-bit operating system.
# the problem is "Short Drive self-test failure" with failure ID: 9TXB2F-000BA1-MFGGRF-609S03
when the PC starts, it display "SMART Hard Disk Error"

You will need to install a new M.2 SATA solid state drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the M.2 SATA SSD removal and replacement procedure.
After you replace the drive, using another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10.
