hello..

whenever i sign in with my fingerprint most of the time it asks for PIN to be entered..as it is cumbersome & annoying to enter PIN when the FINGERPRINT option is available...however after 2-3 fingerprint access i have to enter the PIN again..

i have tried many options/solution on searching on the net..but it did NOT solve the problem

thanks

I doubt we have anything to offer that you've not already tried.

From the user's side, the devices are pretty simple to set up and to use.

One thing:  If your fingerprint sensor is the little 'box type" where you simply press your fingertip onto the sensor, then - Based on my own experience - this type of sensor is far more likely to fail, be stubborn, refuse to work every time. What to do?  No idea - I've never had much luck trying to force that sensor type into consistently doing what I want.
