I have a problem that has been happening maybe close to half the time recently. I open my HP Pavilion Notebook, and I'm supposed to be able to enter my pin and use the Notebook. Sometimes, I just see the wallpaper without a prompt to enter my pin. This doesn't happen if I leave the Notebook open for a while and come back to it. This only happens if I close the notebook and open it later. I have Windows 10.
