Thank you for reaching out.

I see what’s happening. Since your laptop doesn’t have a SIM card tray installed, it won’t be able to connect to cellular networks. To use a SIM card, your laptop requires a WWAN antenna and a SIM card reader assembly. Without these, the WWAN card won’t recognize a SIM.

Alternatively, you can try installing a WWAN card with a micro SIM adapter kit, but the laptop must have the reader connector; without it, there’s no way to physically plug in a SIM. Another option is to use a USB LTE/4G dongle, which bypasses the need for an internal SIM card entirely.

Since I don’t have your exact product number, I recommend checking the service manual. Some laptop models simply have a blank slot if a SIM reader wasn’t included at purchase.

I’d love to hear if this resolves your issue. Feel free to reach out if you need any more help.
