Sir I want to know that what is the default memory of integrated GPU of my laptop and my ram is always filled up almost 85%  it is of 8GB and my GPU is not always much used I want to know that does i had changed the shared Gpu memory is 3.8 GB sir I want to check whether i had did that or it that default and help me in decreasing the memory usage of ram

From those images, your machine uses 0.7BG of RAM and it can go up to 3.8GB (max) ONLY when required and Windows will look after that.  The system will increase and decrease itself when required up to 3.8GB as mentioned above.
