Hello, I have a problem and the product number of my HP 245 G7 laptop is: 382LOLS
I have 12 GB of RAM and a 250 Gb M.2 SSD.
The problem is that when I restart the PC it takes 2 minutes to start the operating system, and sometimes when turning it on normally the first time in the day it also takes this time, but when using it a second time the equipment takes a maximum of 8 seconds to start the system because I have the quick start activated, the problem is annoying especially when I install updates. through Windows Update, I hope you can help me, thank you.

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicate that it comes with 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory and a 256 GB M.2 SATA SSD.
I recommend that you replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip so your notebook's memory runs in the higher performing dual channel mode.
Your notebook supports the faster performing M.2 NVMe SSD's, so you may want to consider replacing the 256 GB M.2 SATA SSD with one of those.
It is hard to say why the notebook behaves so strangely, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall W10/W11 because perhaps there is some kind of software problem.
A fresh installation of Windows sometimes cures a multitude of problems.
Another thing you can try before reinstalling Windows would be to install the AMD chipset driver for notebooks with the Ryzen processors:
AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD
