When I write my serial number or model of my computer in the software and drivers section, nothing loads, what is the problem?

You're very welcome.
Since I cannot duplicate the problem you are having here in the middle of the USA, and I don't work for or represent HP, I can only speculate what the problem could be.
I used Microsoft Edge on 3 different PC's and the 15-cc107nt driver page loads fine on each of them.
I think HP has several servers that support the entire online support program, and it may be possible that the server that provides the support site in Turkey is having a problem of some kind.
I have not seen any posts from other forum members indicating that they cannot access the driver pages for PCs when they are looking for drivers.
Since it is the weekend, HP may not be aware of any issues with the support site.
If there are any other drivers you need from the support site today, I will be happy to provide the links to you.

Hi:
I wouldn't be able to help you with why what you are doing isn't working, but here is the link to the driver page for your notebook.

thanks but that's exactly the problem, it can't load the drivers and wiriting like this ''HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience.'' and nothing happens

Interesting...when I select Windows 10 from the left side of the webpage, and then I select W10 from the right side, it does indicate what you wrote for about 10 seconds for me, and then the driver page shows up.
Try getting the drivers from the base model 15-cc100 model series and see if that page works for you.
They will be the same drivers that would be found on your notebook's support page.

I guess the problem is on your end.
If you only need the latest BIOS update, here is the direct link to that...
