is there anyone who might want to take a look at my pc and see if I have a virus or software issue?  if you don't mind using a remote assistance.  if it is okay please send me private message.   the content of my pc is a bit adult so if that might offend you please don't take access

Sorry, but we are not HP Tech Support and have no means of remoting into your PC to check out anything, nor do we have the resources to walk anyone through disinfecting their PC.

 

For HP Tech Support, you would have to contact HP Customer Support directly -- but if your PC is no longer under the original warranty, you will be charged up front for assistance.
