HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (8VD46AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

well how can i say it or explain it after re installing the windows ( complete remove the old one to install the new one 20H2 to 22H2 ) the laptop seems kinda over heated and have problems in gaming for example normal heat before re install without doing anything 45 for gpu now it is reaching 52, in gaming before re install never reach above 80 in most games i play like Albion online or LOL now it is reaching 89 in Albion - lol 75 which is kind of weird for it or even in gaming normaly before reinstalling the windows the FPS drop way too much like 80FPS to 30FPS in games like LOL now it is seem working without any problem just a little bottle neck

some will say the problem is cleaning etc. well the problem happened after i re installed the windows directly

after talking with the HP whatsup support he suggested return to 20H2

now after back to 20H2 i have a missing driver.

information is:-

Device value ACPI\HPIC0003\2&DABA3FF&1

loctaion on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System

code

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

well i wish someone can help in both problems

You're very welcome.

You should be able to manually install the driver as follows:

Go to the device manager.   Click on the ACPI\HPIC0003 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp142171.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install that way.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

HP Application Enabling Software Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142171.exe

This package provides the HP Application Enabling Software Driver for supported computer models running a supported operating system. HP Application Enabling Software Driver is a virtual driver that offers general custom capabilities utilized among HP applications after transferring to the Microsoft Store app with HSA architecture.
