Product: elitebook 735 g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just reset my HP EliteBook 735 G5 and these button is not working (screen brightness and microphone). I reset my laptop because when I see picture with Windows photo viewer suddenly the application is closed, the same thing happened when I use Mozilla Firefox. The apps is closed and the screen is black. I can't press CTRL+ ALT+ Del, so I had to push the power button to shut it down. What should I do? Thanks in advance
