Product: Hp envy x360 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

 Sound doesn't work unless rebooted and the computer gets super loud trying to load a youtube video as well as cant load the video half the time (yes i have good wifi). Also keep in mind I've already tried a factory reset and it worked for a bit but within a month went back to it.  it gives no error messages it just doesn't perform well seeing how its 2 years old and costed 1 grand.
