Problem after upgrading to Windows 11 and update (via Windows 11 Upgrade Assistant) . After restart started facing issues with startup and keyboard. Issue One is resolved but still facing issues on second one .
Issue 1 : After boot up or screen lock, it takes me about an hour to able to input my PIN to login or unlock my laptop.
Tried
- Clean installation;
- "sfc /scannow command" in safe mode;
- "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" command in safe mode
Resolved : Disabling "Intel Integrated Sensor Solution" is the only solution that works and it works flawlessly. The restart moment is no longer a problem .
Issue 2 : My laptop keyboard is disabled . It's working when we start and on bios but as soon as my windows starts it's disabled. External keyboard and mouse are working . I tried removing the keyboard drivers and restart but issue is still there .
Tried
- Disable Fast boot mode
- Checked Filter keys - It was Disabled
- removed and reinstalled keyboard drivers
- run hardware and device troubleshooter -- msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
- Tried disabling TabletInputService
Nothing works Looking forward for a solution on second issue - Keyboard
