I purchased 2 computed, a dragonfly elite laptop and the extended 5yr warranty (warranty cost $500) and PC 15 laptop (warranty cost >$100) on 12/26/21.  I received several emails about the HP care pack was going to send warranty info through an email to register, but no email was ever received.  I tried to use my warranty in Feb 2023 when the battery to the dragonfly stopped working, and found out they have no warranty set up for either computer, and after almost a week of daily callus (hours each day) and multiple emails to send info on computer, I was told I had to wait until the validation team contact me, but this never happened.  I have tried again twice since then with the same experience.  I now need to use my warranty, and not for a part I can just replace on my own, and have again started the process of trying to contact HP's customer service, but my HP account page still shows the case open from February, with no additional information.  I am getting there doesn't seem to be anyone else I can talk to about it. I last asked that either they give me the warranty info, and let me use it asap, or they refund me the  >$600 that I paid for the warranty's that apparently do not exist.  I will NEVER buy from HP again given the terrible customer service.  They force you to wait to be contacted by certain "teams", but I've waited months for the team to contact me and this still has not happened, and then they tell me that they aren't able to do anything to help me, and only the "team" can....  the team that has never contacted me after 9 months of waiting and checking in multiple times.
