Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP desktop PC and the Windows Store is not working in it.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Do you receive an error message while trying to download something from the Windows Store?
  • Have you tried to download multiple apps from the Windows Store and checked?

You could try using the Windows Update Troubleshooting tool to fix any updates that have not come through for Windows 10.  Please restart the Notebook twice to make sure all updates have been completed!

Here is a document that shows how to update drivers that are not working correctly with Windows 10.

If you are running a virus protection program, try to temporarily disable it. If that does not help right click on the Windows Store app and uninstall it. Then reinstall it.

I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Feel free to keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂
