so, i just wanted to install the bios to a usb device because ive been having problems with my laptop, but that doesnt matter now, what matters is that the page for looking at the software doesnt load, not even the page for the virtual assistant nor the support page to contact with humans, i just need to install the bios, so i dont know how or where to do it because of this problem.
