If you want to install the older version of the Driver, please uninstall the current Synaptics driver by selecting "Synaptics Pointing device" from the "Add/RemovePrograms" Control Panel, then run Setup again. ... I later realized this was a mistake, because the lenovo drivers no longer appear in Windows Update.Screenshot (3).png

Slightly confused, LENOVO drivers for your HP?

 

However your piccy takes hours to be approved.  Meanwhile....

 

Microsoft provide drivers for Windows 10 - Synaptics (979  of them) so if you have the KB number search on that, or by date or version number.
