I needed tp uninstall the synaptic pointing device driver but now cannot install it again

Hello,

In order to palliate this issue, please download and install the following Synaptics TouchPad Driver:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98979.exe

Please also use HP Support Assistant to search and install the latest available updates.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
