Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently had a stroke I am trying to download a rehab system fit mi to lap it says system administrator has set up policies that do not allow this to be downloaded is there something i need to change in my os to get this rehab system to download

That could be from the source, they won't allow you to download copyright materials. By the way, what is your machine ? Can you download anything other than the Rehab site ?
