I am unable to update my pc  due to system information is missing.

In HP support application , the serial no. is missing from it.

please guide to resolve it

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Slimline Desktop PC unable to run updates.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Uninstall HP support assistant from Add/Remove programs and then reinstall the HP Support Assistant from HP.COM
