Hi:
Those are standard system drivers installed by Microsoft.
Many of them have a 2006 date.
If you explore every device in your notebook's device manager, you will find many instances of Microsoft drivers dated from 2006.
Just click to expand the 'Computer' device manager category for example, and the devices listed there have drivers from 2006.
You can't update them because no newer drivers exist.

thanks for the answer. The reason I asked is I have a tool from Norton that updates the drivers for me and it always flagged the PCI driver. I will uncheck going forward but wanted to thank you for the quick reply 🙂

You're very welcome.
There might be a device that needs the driver updated but you would need to post the hardware ID for the specific device that Norton is reporting needs a driver update.
